SouthpawStrength's goal is to enable people to move efficiently.
This means helping kids and adults to become stronger and have better mobility.
From the star athlete to sedentary people, we can help you move better.
Our classes focus on Strength, mobility, cardio, proprioception and teamwork.
SouthpawStrength 2025 Adult Classes!
We are hosting Strength, Mobility, Cardio and Agility training from January until the end of May.
Classes will be on SUNDAYS for the following dates and times at the TRCC gymnasium:
January 12th and 19thfrom 5:00pm-6:00pm
January 26th from 5:30-6:30
February 2nd, 9thand 23rd from 5:30pm-6:00pm
March 2nd, 16th, 23rd and the 30th from 5:00pm-6:00pm
April 6th,13th,20thand 27th from 5:00pm-6:00pm
May 4th, 11th,18thand 25th from 5:00pm-6:00pm
*Fees are $20 per class per person
Class times can only be booked one month at a time
Ages 18 – 100+ are welcome to attend!
